13 Mar BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF: Lecture on “The different types of face lifting”
I recently took part in the BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF trade fair as an expert and was able to pass on my knowledge about facial rejuvenation to specialists and interested guests as part of the practice-oriented specialist program.
My presentation focused on the various methods of face lifting. This includes not only the classic surgical facelift , but also gentle and minimally invasive methods such as Ultraskin®, botulinum toxin, fillers and various peelings. I have paid particular attention to the possibilities of cosmetic pre- and post-treatment.

Many patients shy away from the expense and risks of surgery. In fact, the facial skin can be tightened and rejuvenated without surgery by stimulating the formation of new connective tissue, through peelings and also through energetic device applications. Retinol-containing creams can increase the formation of elastic and collagen fibers, medium and deep peelings eliminate skin wrinkles and tighten the skin in depth. With these two methods alone, impressive results can be achieved in many cases, which may even be superior to a surgical lift.
Ultrasound treatment is a good alternative to a surgical lift, especially for middle-aged women. With no downtime and no incisions or scars, the ageing of the face is reversed in a very gentle and safe way!
